Typographical Errors
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that
CheapTruckParts cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors,
and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned up to 30 days from
the shipment date. Merchandise must be returned according to the
instructions below. Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted,
since we only sell new merchandise. Merchandise may be subject to
30% minimum restocking fee, depending on its condition. All returns
are available as in store credit or exchange only. Please keep all
boxes, warranties and owner's manuals when you receive them. They
are very important in the event merchandise is damaged, becomes defective
or needs to be returned. No returns will be accepted on painted,
modified, "Custom" or "Special
Order" items. Please pre-fit these items before painting. Electrical
items are non-returnable.
“Special Order” items are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable
once they are ordered.
Shipping and Handling Charges
All merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx ground except those marked
as shipping Truck Freight.
Truck Freight - These items are too large for standard ground shipping
and are shipped via Common Carrier (semi-truck). All items marked as
shipping by truck freight have online shipping rates that reflect shipping
to a commercial (business) address. Any shipment to a non-commercial
address (residence) will be assessed an additional $50 residential delivery
fee.
Shipping Damages
UPS or FedEx shipments - Please notify us at 1-866-840-0475 within 24
hours of receipt so we can initiate the claim process. Once and item
is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We cannot ship
a replacement product on a damaged shipment until the carrier pays the
claim.
Truck Freight Shipments – Please open and inspect the merchandise carefully
at time if delivery before signing for the shipment. It is the responsibility
of the receiver to note any damage at time of delivery. We can only initiate
damage claims if the damage was noted at time of delivery. Once and item
is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We cannot ship
a replacement product on a damaged shipment until the carrier pays the
claim. Merchandise signed for as “Free and clear” that is later determined
to be damaged is the responsibility of the receiver. A concealed damage
claim must be filed directly with the freight company. |
